We had an absolute ball yesterday at the Wyong Quilt Show. There was so many gorgeous quilts on display to see, and we met so many lovely customers-

Susan’s demonstrations through out the day were a total hit- and everyone thought the “Shrinking Sheet” was amazing. We cant wait to see the projects that people make using this great new product.

Lots of ladies from our shop had won prizes for their beautiful work- this quilt below was a 2nd place prize winner and belongs to Sandra Fletcher.

And here are a few of our other wonderful customers beautiful work!

We are so thrilled that so many have been recognised for their beautiful work!

Look what I found at the shop last week? Arent they just the most adorable girls ever??!!! The lady on the left with the ice cream I am thinking reminds me a little of myself LOL..

I knew that I needed to take these beauties home-and so a bag is born..

Carmel so kindly gave me some hints and tips on how to go about putting our bag togethor.. and then we set off to work!

After a few minor alterations.. (Which were planned the entire time..LOL )… our gorgeous beach bag was finished!

I am so thrilled with the final result!! And Im so thankful to Carmel for all her help in getting these beautiful girls ready for the beach!

The Team @ Blueberries

Now most of you know that last week @ Blueberries was our Sale week.. and what a great week we had! I am sure that you are all so pleased with your bargains that you picked up, but dont stay away too long as we are constantly getting delivery trucks arriving with fantastic new products that you will want to have too

We were so lucky to get a visit from a lovely group of ladies from Fairholme Quilters in the afternoon, so we finished off the sale week on a high!

29 ladies from the Fairholme Quilters group arrived for a visit as the last stop on their weekend Bus trip- it was such fun meeting you all and we hoped you enjoyed your shopping visit (and of course the yummy afternoon tea ) Dont forget to come back and see us again really soon- 

As the resident “Blogger Girl” I couldnt resist taking some pics of the fun we had that afternoon.. and of course a little sneaky pic of some of our lovely “Blueberries Team” Rachel, Linden & Carmel.

Well Jackie, Carmel and Carol met some lovely new ladies when they were at the Dubbo show recently. Here are just a few of the snap shots that Jackie took while she was there..

These are the lovely ladies that were greeting everyone at the door!

Now these special ladies worked so hard in the kitchen preparing delicious treats like scones, devonshire tea and sandwiches. (with treats like that I think I will be asking Jackie if I can go in her bag next time so I can sample some too LOL )

And this is some of the demo’s that were happening at the show through the day.

So as you can see it was pretty jam packed with lots of things to see, taste and new techniques to learn, a great weekend all round really!
