Blueberries Pop Up Shop
This weekend is the Autumn Quilting Triple Treat hosted by Anne Sommerlad and Blueberries has been asked to bring it’s pop up shop along for the weekend.
If you are going to be in the area stop by and check out some of our goodies we will have for sale.

Paper Pieces Everywhere…..
We have been so busy later with our new paper piecing supplier that we have not had time to upload the 600+ items to our website.
So in the interim you can download the Imprezzio Retail Catalogue and simply email us your order.

We now have in stock both Millefiori Quilts and Millefiori Quilts 2 by Willyne Hammerstein. The second book is just as good if not better than the first. Each book is $70.00

Stitches by the Sea
Blueberries is holding its biannual Stitches by the Sea.
Join us for two days of relaxing sewing and chatter. You can bring any sewing project be it by hand or machine.

Our Community of Sewing Sewathon
The next Our Community of Sewing Sewathon is to be held on Saturday, 30 May 2015 at the Lakes Grammer School Hall, Cnr Sparks Road & Albert Warner Drive, Warnervale.
Come sew with us from 9.00am to 5.00pm, machine or hand projects welcome!
There are also workshops available with:

- Lindsey Marsh – Ruffle Cushion
- Rachael Porter – Fussy Cut Needle Case
At this sewathon there will be raffles, lucky door prizes, silent auction and a sale table with proceeds going to the Shake it Up Foundation for Parkinson Research.

Blueberries has organised for a bus to take us to the Quilt and Craft Fair at Glebe Island in Sydney.
There will be departures from Wyong and Kariong.

Last Wednesday was the “Amazing Jelly Roll Race” at Blueberries. It was a heap of fun. Susan Martin came in first – congratulations Susan. Susan finished in just under 2hrs 20min, closely followed by Lesley Cleary. All racers finished their quilts within 4 hours. Well done girls you all did really well to get them finished so quickly.
The annual Central Coast Charity Quilt Show was on the weekend at the Wyong Racecourse. It was a great weekend, with heaps of lovely quilts to view. A total of 106 were entered which was a great effort. Thank you to all the Blueberries customers who entered quilts. Following are just some of the quilts on display. If you were able to visit the show, be sure to leave a comment about your experience at the show or maybe you might like to mention which quilt you liked the most?

Did you know that the 2012 Central Coast Charity Quilt Show raised $10,000 which purchased valuable equipment for the Wyong and Gosford Hospitals’ Oncology Units?
The aim this year is to raise $15,000 – we all know of someone who has suffered with cancer and this is our opportunity to make sure that the money that is raised stays on the coast . So join the challenge, and enter a quilt.
In 2013 the Central Coast Charity Quilt Show has introduced some exciting changes, these include:
A quilt exhibition (No categories and no judging)
Increased raffle prizes
