Congratulations on your first book!

Congratulations to Janelle Wind and Natalie Ross for the release of their respective books, a first for both!

Janelle Wind’s first book is entitled “Pieces of Me”.

“As the title states this book is about ‘Pieces of Me’. The book is divided into sections and each section relates to something that I love. So the fabric buckets that you see on the cover are found in the ‘stitching’ section. Each section has 2 or 3 projects in each section, I have given lots of additional ideas PLUS two bonus projects.” says Janelle.

Come and see Janelle’s samples at the Blueberries stand (i12) during the Sydney Craft and Quilt Fair at Darling Harbour, Sydney next Wednesday 16 June to Sunday 20 June.

This book is available from the Blueberries online shop and instore, click here to find out more.

Natalie Ross’ first book is entitled “Get red red ready for Christmas”.

“I am lovin myself sick with how the whole book has turned out and Anthea has worked her magic with her graphic design skills to get the book to be very ME! There are 12 projects with a bonus project as well. Lots of different quirky projects to make for family, friends, home, for every part of Christmas!” says Natalie

Hi Girls, I have just purchased both of these books!! Natalie and Janelle are local girls who deserve our support. I read their blogs regularly. I picked up my copies of the books today from Blueberries then went to the hair dressers for a colour – 2hrs!! So I have managed to have a good read/browse through both and it really is too hard to say which one is better. They have both done a brilliant job, and I have picked out what to make first in each, the wristy from Janelles and the clock from Natalies – now all I need is a good dose of time !! These books for what it is worth have earned a ‘highly recommended’ from me, there are some lovely simple ideas for pressies and the like and they are wonderful just for a ‘flick’ with a nice coffee. Hope I have inspired more of you to rush down to Blueberries straight away for a copy. And did I say how much I miss you all????……..again. Love always Kim xx
