Class Enrolment Terms and Conditions
Bookings are essential for all classes. A minimum of five bookings must be received for any class to commence. A 50% deposit is required to be paid upon enrolment, with the balance of your class fee is to be paid in full before commencement of the class, unless otherwise stated. Any deposit paid is non refundable. Should you not be able to attend your scheduled class, the deposit may be transferred less a 20% cancellation fee. A full refund will only be issued should the class be cancelled. All fees are inclusive of GST. Full details of class requirements will be provided upon enrolment. Returns Policy
Items will only be refunded or exchanged should the item be faulty or you receive an incorrect item. Please choose carefully as we do not refund items chosen incorrectly.

Shipping Policy
The following shipping charges will apply to all orders:

Australian Customers

- Orders between $0.00 and $20.00 will incur a $3.00 shipping fee

- Orders between $20.01 and $100.00 will incur a $6.00 shipping fee
- Orders between $100.01 and $200.00 will incur a $10.00 shipping fee

- Orders between $200.01 and $300.00 will incur a $15.00 shipping fee
- Orders above $300.00 will be shipped free of charge

Please note we will reduce shipping fee when possible due to weight/size.

International Customers
- Orders between $0.00 and $20.00 will incur a $10 shipping fee
- Orders between $20.01 and $100.00 will incur a $19.00 shipping fee
- Orders between $100.01 and $200.00 will incur a $29.00 shipping fee
- Orders between $200.01 and $300.00 will incur a $39.00 shipping fee
- Orders above $300.00 will incur a reduced shipping fee of $29.00

Please note we will reduce shipping fee when possible due to weight/size.

All amounts are shown in Australian Dollars.

All orders will be shipped by Australia Post.

If any items are damaged in transit a full replacement (depending on availability) will be shipped as soon as the damaged item is returned to us. You will also be refunded for any shipping charges incurred.

Blueberries will not be responsible for any orders lost in transit.

Privacy Policy

At Blueberries, we are committed to your privacy. This means that we do not distribute, rent or sell any of your personal information.

Blueberries may share non-personal, non individual information for research analysis and development. For example, we may display or share items purchased as a suggestion to other customers who also may like to purchase these items.

Blueberries will not be responsible or liable for any loss of privacy or damage as a result of your connection to our website.

Areas of our site that request sensitive information, such as personal and credit card information are protected by a secure SSL 128bit server. Information that is sent to and from our server is encrypted, so if someone was to intercept your information they would not be able to interpret it.
